By booking a trip with Wandering Trail Adventures, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and obligations.
1. Booking and Confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed when Wandering Trail Adventures sends you a written confirmation after you deposit the required amount. Please read your confirmation carefully and let us know about any mistakes promptly.
2. Payment Policy
A deposit of 20% of the total trip cost is required to book.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival before the trip begins.
Payments can be made in cash (major currencies are accepted), by card, or via wire transfer. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that international transaction charges apply for card and wire payments.
3. Cancellation and Changes
If you want to make any changes or reschedule your reservation, please notify us in writing at least 20 days before departure. Please note that additional charges may apply.
If you wish to cancel your trip, you should inform us at least 20 days in advance to get your deposit money back. Cancellations within 20 days before departure are non-refundable.
In case you return home earlier, we are not in a position to refund you the services you did not use. Therefore, you should obtain travel insurance to cover the risk in such situations.
4. Passport and Visa Requirements
Travelers must ensure that they have a valid passport (with at least 6 months knockoff at the time of entry) and a valid visa for Nepal to travel. Road tax can be paid online for any vehicle that can be managed in digital mode and it is necessary to provide correct data about every payer.

To save time, we encourage doing the online visa application before the flight on the Nepal Immigration website and printing and bringing a submitted receipt with a barcode.
5. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend it to all travelers since travel insurance is very important, to the extent that it covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, loss of belongings, and evacuation.
If the trip you are planning on is going to consist of trekking or climbing, you should make sure to check if your policy will cover such activities.
6. Behavior and Conduct
Our authority to not service can still be exercised under the cases of behavior issues like uncontrollable drunkenness, verbal offense, or sexual conversation with staff or other travelers that is not proper or requested.
Politeness and etiquette for guides, staff, and fellow travelers should be diligently respected at all times.
7. Use of Photos and Videos
While you are on your journey, at times our team might capture lovely photos and videos, which we might use on our promotional websites or social media.
8. Acceptance of Terms
