On this day, you have to wake up early. Then, your journey will proceed to Bhaktapur Durbar Square. You will meet your host in the main square once you arrive. We can also arrange a vehicle service based on your accommodation location. After meeting the hosts, you will head to the local market for shopping. In the market, you will purchase fresh vegetables, spices, and cooking ingredients. After buying all the goods, you will move towards the cooking studio. After reaching the studio, your host will talk about the ingredients and their roles in Nepali cooking. At the studio, you'll feel a warm vibe as if you are cooking with family.

Now, you will start cooking. In this hour, you will learn to prepare three or four traditional Nepali dishes. The cooking class will show you how to make rice and lentils. You'll also learn to prepare vegetable curry, spicy pickle, Sel Roti, Momos, and more. Your host will teach you through every process. You will see traditional cooking tools in action. You’ll also learn to use the stove if it’s available. Together with your host, you will enjoy all the meals you created during the cooking process. Your host will describe the characteristics of the food. You can relax and chat with your host and new friends during this time. You can ask questions and take photos during this quiet time. It's a great chance to chat with your host.

After lunch, you can either keep exploring Bhaktapur or head back to your hotel. You end the class by sharing happy memories and new cooking skills to practice at home.
