The guide will arrive at your chosen location to begin the journey. You will travel by car to reach the monastery. You can admire the different landscapes during your trip. After a short travel, you will reach the monastery. After reaching this area, breathe deeply to let in the peaceful environment. The first encounter inside the monastery will be with a monk who will present the daily program. You will get a brief overview of the monastery's rules and basic practices. The peaceful guided meditation will start following the initial orientation. In this session, you will clear your mind. Your thoughts will calm down as you learn to focus on the present moment. In the session, your guide will teach you how to breathe properly. You will also learn mindfulness techniques.
After your meditation, take a walk in the lovely monastery garden. Mindful walking helps you connect with nature. You’ll learn to appreciate each step and enjoy your current reality. During your calm walk, you will take time to reflect quietly on your thoughts. Write journal entries about your feelings. Also, note the benefits and peaceful moments you experienced. In the workshop, you will do relaxing yoga poses and stretches. These will help calm your mind and body. The next part of the day includes a vegetarian lunch. We will encourage mindful eating with silent service. This allows you to savor each part of your meal.
After lunch, you'll relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls. In this session, Tibetan singing bowls produce calming energy waves. They help with relaxation, energy balance, and finding inner peace. A monk gives a brief talk on mindfulness. He also discusses happiness and inner peace after you listen to him. At this get-together, you can learn more about Buddhism. You can also ask questions that matter to you. You will leave from the monastery during evening hours. After the maonstery, you will feel peaceful and restored. This will give you fresh energy to continue your trip.
