When you land in Kathmandu, we will provide you with a private car, van, or bus to reach the hotel. If you come early, you will have a short meeting with guides to have a quick brief about the trek. Also, probably we will have a meeting about trekking for the full preparation without missing any stuff. In the afternoon, you can stroll around Kathmandu and enjoy the nightlife of Thamel. You will get back to the hotel for dinner where you will be staying overnight.
On the second day of your journey, you will be picked up from your hotel in Kathmandu to start the trek. Once, we all get ready we will start our trek and head towards Timbu which is a very small village and also known as the gateway to Tarkeghyang. From here, we will continue our journey enjoying the beautiful eye-catching views of hills, and rivers, along mountain ranges. After a continuous drive for 6 hours, we will reach Tarkeghyang where you will be staying overnight today. You will get to the hotel and have some rest and in the afternoon you can enjoy strolling around nearby places to spend a beautiful time exploring the Nepali lifestyle. At night, you will get back to your hotel, have your dinner, and stay overnight.
Finally, today we will be reaching Ama Yangri Peak on this day. We will wake up early in the morning, have a light breakfast, and start to move forward. As you need, you can pack your bag having some snacks to eat on the way. As you go you will encounter a beautiful pine and oak forest with vibrant meadows. You will also spot some small settlements of Sherpas where you can stay some time for rest. They will be there serving hot and cold water on your preference. After a trek for four to five hours, on a slow and steady walk, you will reach Ama Yangri enjoying the natural beauty of Nepal which is surrounded by the enriched flora and fauna with breathtaking scenery. Once you reach Ama Yangri you will be at the altitude of 3,771 meters which will give you a different vibe than being in Tarkeghyang. As you complete your journey to Ama Yangri, it's time to enjoy the time there. You can enjoy the panoramic views of mountain peaks like Langtang, Ganesh Himal, Mt. Everest, Gaurishankar, Manaslu, and Annapurna range. After spending some picturesque moments at Ama Yangri, we will start to descend towards Tarkeghyang. Being a sloppy trail you will get back to Tarkeghyang in just three to four hours. After reaching Tarkeghyang, you will get back to the hotel where you stayed when you were in Tarkeghyang and stay overnight.
On the day of your journey, you will have a beautiful morning stay here at Tarkeghynag enjoying the beautiful breakfast along with Sherpas. You will pack your bag and get ready to come back to Kathmandu. You will catch a private bus or a jeep to return enjoying the narrow mountain roads which will make our trip more adventurous. After a journey of three hours, we will reach Melamchi where we will have our delicious lunch and have some rest. After some time we will start our ride and get back to Kathmandu after a final drive for two to three hours. Once we reach Kathmandu, you will taken to the same hotel you stayed in the day first where you will have some rest and stay overnight.
On the final day of our journey, you will get warm wishes and thankful messages from our team to trust and have us on your journey. You will be provided a private car, bus, or van for departure on your next journey. You can also join again with us for other destinations that you wanna enjoy here in Nepal.
