Arrive in Kathmandu (1,400 meters)

Your day begins with breakfast in Kathmandu. Then, you will drive to Machha Khola. The trip begins with a paved public vehicle journey to Arughat. Traveling to Machha Khola is enjoyable. Traveling to Machha Khola is pleasant, and the journey offers enchanting rural views. From Arughat, you must take a shared jeep service to Machha Khola. This part will be tough due to the dirt road. As the route progresses, you will encounter pleasant communities. The trip has tough parts, but the stunning views make it worth it. After a long motorized journey, you will reach Machha Khola. From Machha Khola, your actual journey begins. You will stay in Machha Khola on this day.

Drive from Kathmandu to Machha Khola (1,400-890m)

Today, you will follow the Budhi Gandaki River. The path leads you through tiny settlements as well as gorgeous natural scenery. As you begin your trek, you will pass through Khorlabesi. After walking for some time, you will reach Tatopani. In Tatopani, you will find a natural hot spring. Here, you can relax in the warm water. After relaxing, you will move forward and cross the Budhi Gandaki River. Now, landscapes transform into something spectacular. Your journey will lead you through different villages, which present changing views. You have to cross many suspension bridges in the hiking trail. From the bridge, you can see scenic perspectives of the descending river. The terrain turns more adventurous while approaching Jagat village. You will arrive at the Manaslu Conservation Area gate before reaching Jagat. Complete your permit registration at the police checkpoint here. You will proceed to Jagat afterward. Here, you will spend the night.

Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat (890-1,340m)

You will begin your day by having breakfast. After that, you will start your trek. You will hike on a stone-covered path. You will follow the Budhi Gandaki River. You will also pass through the Salleri and Sirdibas villages. The day hike delivers pleasure since it enables you to observe the traditional stone houses. Then, the path leads to a suspension bridge spanning across the river. After crossing the river, you will arrive at Philim. You will reach Ekle Bhatti through the trail that departs from Philim. At this village you can spend a short time taking in the sights. Then, the trail will take you to Nyak village. You have to cross a second suspension bridge built over the Budhi Gandaki River, which comes before reaching the village. The pathway continues until it reaches a tranquil rocky canyon. Trek from Jagat to Deng (1,340-1,860m)

The journey starts with ascending towards Rana before reaching Bihi Phedi. You will cross a suspension bridge over the Budhi Gandaki River on the way. Then, the path rises gradually. You will pass through the forests and the mani stones. Walking for some time, you will reach Ghap village. Here, you can take a break. Now, the path leads you to Ghapsya. On the way, you can see the spectacular sights of Shringi Himal. Also, be careful on the path; in some sections, landslides occur. Moving along the trail, you will follow the river. The path will take you through forest areas containing monasteries. You will also cross the river many times. The mountain breeze and flowing water create a lovely atmosphere for your journey. After walking some distance, you will arrive at Namrung. You can enjoy panoramic mountain views from this particular location. You will spend your night here today.

Trek from Deng to Namrung (1,860-2,630m)

You will begin your day after eating breakfast. Today, you will take an adventurous route from Namrung to Lihi. The route allows you to experience amazing natural vistas. The walking trail will provide you with enchanting views of four snowy mountain peaks. After walking for some time, you will reach Lihi. From here, you can see traditional chortens, large barley fields, and the Manaslu Himal. The terrain changes from this point. You will observe Buddhist traditions evident in the villages. Walking some steps from Lihi, you have to cross a suspension bridge. After crossing the bridge, the path will lead you to the Sho village. From this point, the trail extends upward to Lho. You will pass through mountain paths that showcase scenic views. Once you get to Lho, take time to see the famous Punggen Glacier. Enjoy the stunning views around you. You will spend your night in Lho village.

Trek from Namrung to Lho (2,630-3,180m)

Today's journey will be simple and short. You will begin your day after having breakfast. The trail will lead you to Shyala after spending sufficient time. The Himalayas offer magical sights during the trip. Aside from the local culture, you will encounter ancient monasteries as you travel through the region. When you approach Samagaon, you will witness Mt. Manaslu gracefully rising in the distance. After walking for a few hours, you will reach Samagaon. You will see the colorful entrance gates. In the village, you can see wool spinning to create clothes. After arriving at Samagaon, you will enjoy a hearty meal; then you can spend your free time. In your free time, you can visit Pungyen Gompa along with Birendra Lake. You can also discover great places to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Manaslu area.

Trek from Lho to Samagaon (3,180-3,520m)

Today, you will trek through a steep but scenic path from Samagaon to Samdo. You will walk next to the Budhi Gandaki River. A path leads you through forests containing rhododendrons, juniper, and birch trees. The summit offers extraordinary panoramas that completely compensate for your climbing fatigue. The path expands into a valley that leads you to Kermo Kharka. After a short hike, you will reach the white Kani Gateway. From here, you will find a fresh geographical area. On the way, you can see stone walls that add charm to the path. After hiking for a long day, you will reach Samdo. From this village, the Tibetan border is near. At this location, you can observe a Tibetan refugee settlement. You can also admire the different mountains. This location provides the ideal spot to unwind while enjoying mountain views.

Trek from Samagaon to Samdo (3,520-3,860m)

Today will be the first acclimatization day of the trek. Acclimatization helps reduce risks at high altitudes. This leads to safer hikes and a better experience. This village is surrounded by different mountains. This day allows you to discover the village along with its picturesque environment. You will start your day after eating lunch. You can visit the Tibetan frontier passes through Rui La Pass and Lajyung Pass. You can also hike to Gya La, Samdo Peak, and Samdo Glacier. During your walks, you can also notice different types of plants and wildlife. Take your time to relax and enjoy the calm around you. This will help you prepare for the next parts of your adventure. You will spend your night at the same teahouse.

Acclimatization in Samdo (3,860m)

This day's hike will be short. So you will have adequate time to acclimate yourself to the rising altitude. You will start your journey from Samdo and move towards Dharamshala. The trail takes you over gentle hills. You'll cross wooden bridges over the Budi Gandaki River. As you go on your journey, you will find two small streams. Then, you'll arrive at the stunning valley. From this location, you can see Larkya Glacier. During your journey, you can see Manaslu and the Syacha Glacier, which tower in the distance. You can observe Himalayan blue sheep if you are lucky. Traveling for several hours will lead you to Dharamshala. The panoramic mountain scenery becomes visible to you as you reach Dharamshala. You can also see different glaciers. You will spend your night here.

Trek from Samdo to Dharamshala (3,860-4,480m)

Today will be the most thrilling day of the trek. Larkya La pass links up the Manaslu circuit with the Annapurna circuit trek. The route demands you to traverse a steep slope covered in snow. On your path, you can see stunning views of snowy peaks. From the summit, you can see the magnificent beauty of the Himalayas. You will begin your descent once you have finished spending time on the summit. Descending will be tough because you have to pass through rocky moraines. During your descent, you can witness different glaciers and tiny lakes. After descending for several hours, you will reach Bimthang. You will spend the night at Bimthang.

Trek from Dharamshala to Bimthang via Larkya La Pass (4,480-3,720m)

You will begin your journey after having breakfast. You will begin by descending from Bimthang. On the way, you can see a remarkable view of different peaks. Your route takes you through beautiful high grasslands. Then, you'll cross Dudh Khola and walk through rhododendron forests. First, you will reach Hampuk village through the paths of Dobhan and Purdi Khola. Then, you will head towards Yak Kharka and Kharche. Along the way, you can witness the beautiful streams of Soti Khola and Kasongto Khola. From this point, you will head towards the settlement of Gho Village. From Gho Village, you will navigate along Dudh Khola. After walking some steps, you will reach Tilije. To continue the trail, you need to cross a suspension bridge across the Marsyangdi River. After walking for a mile during the evening hours, you will reach Dharapani. On this day, you will rest in Dharapani.

Trek from Bimthang to Dharapani (3,720-1,963m)

Your trip today takes you through a high alpine area. Temperatures drop as you go higher. Enchanting forests will surround you. Your journey will pass many sights, including apple orchards, farmland, and tall pine trees. You will be rewarded with excellent views of the mountains. Your trek will lead you to Timang, through Thanchowk, and finally to Koto. The trail connects Naar-Phu Valley with the Manaslu and Annapurna Circuit treks. It will also lead you to Manang, which is located in Chame. After walking for several hours, you will reach Chame. Here, you will find top-tier hotel accommodations and internet facilities. Before you reach the town, you will see a big prayer wheel with a mani wall. It adds a sense of peace to your journey.

Trek from Dharapani to Chame (1,963-2,610m)

After a satisfying breakfast in Chame, you will start your journey. You will traverse your journey from a steep valley filled with enchanting pine trees and rhododendron forests. You will find the Marshyangdi River bank after walking a while. Here, you have to cross the river on a suspension bridge. Then, you will start to climb. While climbing, you can see the rocky areas, Pangdi Danda, and Swargadwari Danda. As you climb, you will pass through Talekhu and Bhratang. After some time, you will reach Dhikur Pokhari. From Dhikur Pokhari, you can admire impressive mountains. Here, you can relax for a short period. Then, you will begin your journey forward. After a few steps, you have to cross another suspension bridge. After crossing the bridge, you will move toward Upper Pisang. After a long journey, you will reach Upper Pisang. From this location, you can see different Danda and a stunning peak.

Trek from Chame to Upper Pisang (2,610-3,300m)

On this day, you will begin your trek early in the morning. Besides the beautiful scenery and friendly community, your trek will remain exciting. You will begin your trek through the upper trail. You will stop in Ghyaru and Ngawal villages when traveling along the path. The trail provides exceptional Himalayan mountain views to you. Your elevation rise will lead to air that becomes both colder and more dry. You can see residents practicing their religion and following their customs on the journey. After walking for several hours, you will reach Munchi village. As you approach Manang, you can see Buddhist shrines and colorful prayer flags. Your path becomes more meaningful through these tiny yet significant aspects. After walking for several hours, you will reach Manang. The Annapurna Circuit features Manang, its largest settlement. Many trekkers stop there to visit. The village has nice rest areas, places to explore, and help for getting supplies. Today, you will stay in Manang.

: Trek from Upper Pisang to Manang (3,300-3,540m)

Today, you will begin your journey after having breakfast. You will start your hike by climbing. You will climb to the Marshyandi Valley and move towards the Tengi village. You will go through spring and then head northwest. Next, you will climb to the Jarsang Khola valley. The elevation increases gradually as you traverse through the valley. On your journey, you will pass through several meadows and juniper trees. The path leads you to the small settlement of Ghusang. Now, the path leads through open terrains where yaks and horses roam. As you move forward, you will find a small river. You will cross a river on a wooden bridge. Now, the path leads you to the tranquil meadow. After a long walk, you will reach the charming settlement of Ledar. You will spend the night in Ledar.

Trek from Manang to Ledar (3,540-4,200m)

The path today leads you from Ledar to Thorung Phedi. Although the path is short, it becomes tough because of altitude conditions. Your journey starts by following a narrow path along the rocky mountainside. You walk above the Marsyangdi River, which lies below you in the distance. Lower air pressure makes each step harder, but the snowy mountains keep you motivated. You will encounter a wooden stream crossing after spending enough time walking. The hiking trail intensifies its slope at this point. The path needs extra caution. Landslides have created dangerous conditions all around. The destination of Thorung Phedi will become visible after many hours of trekking. The weather can change fast. So, bring warm clothes and plenty of water to prevent altitude sickness. On this day, you will stay at Thorung Phedi.

Trek from Ledar to Thorung Phedi (4,200-4,525m)

You will begin your journey after having breakfast. You must ascend to reach Thorung La Pass. The climb provides spectacular views of many mountain peaks to observe. After reaching Thorung La Pass, you will have the chance to relax. The area lets you relax and take photos of the Himalayan peaks. After your rest, you will descend towards Muktinath. The descent stretch requires more time but offers better comfort for your legs. After descending for many hours, you will reach Muktinath. Muktinath provides many tourist attractions within its vicinity. Bathing in 108 water taps and two sacred ponds is possible at Muktinath. The religious sites in Muktinath include the Muktinath and Dhola Mebar Gompa temple. Muktinath provides ideal surroundings for you to experience peaceful tranquility. Trek from Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (4,525-3,760m)

You will start your descent after breakfast. You will traverse from Jharkot, Kagbeni, and Ekle Bhatti villages. From this point, you will observe stunning views of the Kali Gandaki River. The trail continues through a windy valley before it arrives at Jomsom. The Thakali cultural center and traditional salt trader hub exist in Jomsom. A long journey will finally bring you to Jomsom. You can admire magnificent mountain views from this specific village. Himalayan natural beauty exists throughout this location. Your day has easy descents. But in some areas, you'll face adventurous ascents. Your journey will end at its point.

Trek from Muktinath to Jomsom (3,760-2,720m)

You will begin your day early in the morning. Then, you will proceed to the airport to board the flight. You will have breathtaking views of the Himalayan Range during your flight journey. You can see the beautiful views of the roads to Tatopani and Ghorepani while flying. You will travel to Pokhara after spending a short time. When you reach Pokhara, you can relax or spend a day as you wish. This day is perfect for your body to rest and heal after a tough trek. During your leisure hours, you can discover Pokhara. The overnight stay will be in the city of Pokhara on this particular day.

Flight from Jomsom to Pokhara (2,720-822m)

Today marks the end of your trekking tour through the Annapurna and Manaslu Circuits. First, eat breakfast. Then, take a tourist bus from Pokhara to start your trip to Kathmandu. The Marsyangdi River presents its beautiful sight throughout your entire journey. It shows off the river before it joins the Trishuli River. The route takes you through various delightful towns. The scenic route offers stunning views. You’ll see hills, rivers, and beautiful white mountaintops. It will leave you speechless. We'll meet you in Kathmandu.
