Spring (March to May): This season is the best time to visit the area, and the trails are full of bright flowers which mainly consist of rhododendrons. Normally, the weather is clear, making it easier to cross passes.
Autumn (September to November): This period is another peak season, the sky is bright blue and the visibility is very good.
You can opt for either a season to go to the Everest region in a budget-friendly package.
The Budget-friendly Everest Base Camp Trek is among the most difficult category of treks in Nepal. It is a tough trek that needs a higher level of fitness, which is achieved by staying enough time in the low base first and trying other treks at high elevations. Regardless of the extreme atmospheric differences, rough terrain, and persistent exercise, the hike can be accomplished with correct acclimatization. During the whole trip, the track gives a panoramic view of Mount Everest, accompanied by the neighboring peaks, which give an insight into the Sherpa's distinctive lifestyle and the culture and transformation they undergo while trekking.
When heading to the EBC, the trekkers will be thrilled by the flowering rhododendrons, juniper scrub, and other woody vegetation that they encounter at the higher elevations.
Here, we can see marmots, mouse hares, tahr, musk deer, snow leopards, and maybe blue sheep in the Himalayas. You can still see wild Yak and big Tibetan sheep sometimes. Spiny Babbler, vultures, snowcocks, Himalayan Griffon and many more would all be found here. Among them all, the Spiny Babbler is the only species that can be found only in Nepal.
The Everest Trek's Budget-Friendly Everest Base Camp Trek is a good alternative to the common route as it is more demanding, picture-perfect, as well as less crowded. A helicopter flight over Everest can be taken before staring at the highest mountain in the world and the four other 8,000ers. During the preparations for the Budget-Friendly Everest Base Camp Trek, the strength and tenacity of the hikers are the factors deciding the successful result. This expedition is therefore an outstanding one for those who are enthusiastic about enjoying something unique in life.
